• Station arms, load limits, and airspeed limits come from the Airplane Flight Manual (older) or Pilot's Operating Handbook [POH] (later), or FAA Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS).

Note that it's a fairly trivial exercise to copy the source of this page and edit the default data values to reflect your own situation and aircraft data for use on your local computer. Eg:

df.ew.value = 2322;
df.ewarm.value = 42.7;   ... etc.
